Arrival Logistics
& Post-Arrival Review
Upon arrival at Pearson International Airport, our liaison will pick them up and bring them to their designated housing. The following business day we assist them to get their Social Insurance Number (SIN), Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP), open a bank account and the day ends with a tour of the city to familiarize where the local ethnic grocery stores are located and house of worship.
At the company's location, our consultant together with the HR representative and relevant departments within the company coordinate the onboarding process. This includes completing necessary paperwork, providing orientation, and ensuring a smooth transition into the new role.
